It’s been a beautiful Spring here in Eugene. We’ve had plenty of showers, which have led to gorgeous blooming flowers and delightful aromas on my morning jogs. And we’ve been blessed with an equal amount of serious sunshine and warmth (it got up to 88 degrees last week!).
Unfortunately, we haven’t been out and about with our usual level of enthusiasm for the past few weeks because Eric sprained his ankle playing soccer last month. But he’s healing, so we should return to our regularly scheduled adventures soon!
For now, here’s a little taste of how we’re enjoying this wonderful season.
We finally made it back to Sweet Cheeks Winery for a delightful afternoon of music, wine, and relaxing with friends.
My job has been 1000% easier (and 1000 times more adorable) with warm temperatures taking us outside to play.
And although strolling through a cemetery doesn’t sound too entertaining, we loved learning more about this little city and the important folks who lived and died here at Eugene’s Masonic Cemetery. There are informational plaques at a lot of the graves explaining the historical significance of the people buried there. Pretty cool.
We have a long list of things to see and do over the next few months, so here’s to sunshine and warmer temperatures!
